Paul is Director of Service Development and Partnerships at Barchester Healthcare, where he is responsible for developing both existing and new innovative and flexible services that respond to and fit within the personalisation agenda and also leads on building strategic relationships with commissioners and other key partner organisations.

Paul has worked in the health and social care sector for the past 15 years. Having started as a carer before progressing into social services where he worked with both older people and younger people with disabilities.

Paul also has a range of experience in operational management of care home and domiciliary services and has for the last 5 years worked in service development.
