Carol is currently Director of Development and Commissioning for Priority Groups at NHS Leeds with responsibility for learning disabilities, mental health, older people, disables people, substance use, offender health and continuing healthcare.
Prior to this she led the commissioning of all services from tertiary to primary care for Leeds North West PCT.
She has a background in strategic planning, development, performance management and information across a number of health and social care organisations and has also been a manager of direct service provision for mental health, learning disability and community services for both adults and children.
